Organization structure

1. Only one department which is situated in civil colony kharBajaur.

2. Agency Zakat committee. Which Distributes Zakat fund in the beneficiaries through local zakat committees.

3. Local Zakat Committees. These are 94 in numbers in Bajaur which further distributes zakat fund to the end beneficiaries.

4. ADP staff: which are 6 in number responsible for the maintenance of office record.

5. Audit Staff:Which observe the cash flow from the Agency Zakat Committee to the local Zakat Committee and finally to the beneficiary.

Function

The function of the department is as follows

1. Providing Guzara Allowance to the beneficiaries.

2. Providing MORA scholarships to the students of schools.

3. Providing MORA scholarships to the students of deenimadaris

4. Providing health facilities to the beneficiaries in District level as well as in national level hospitals from zakat fund.

5. Arranging six months short courses for needy students.

Objective

1. The main objective of this department is to transfer zakat fund to the end beneficiary in effective and transparent way.

4. Istihqaq form for national level hospitals.

Rules / regulation

1. Each and every form should be signed from the chairman of local zakat committee then from chairman District zakat committee / District zakat officer.

2. In Guzara Allowance Zakat fund is distributed only among the poor widows, poor orphans and poor disables which are nominated by local zakat committee.

3. The payment made to the local zakat committee through cross cheaque and thenthe local zakat committee issue bearer cheaqu to the end beneficiary.

How I do apply?

GuzaraAllowence : If you are needy contact to your local zakat committee chairman or member and hand over the CNIC copy to the said committee. Further the local zakat committee will send the list to the agency zakat committee for further necessary action.
Education stipend: Receive the MORA scholarship form zakat and ushr office sign from local zakat chairman and hand over to the head of institution. The head of intuition will send the list to the agency zakat committee for further necessary action.
Stipend to deenimadaris:Receive the MORA scholarship form zakat and ushr office sign from local zakat chairman and hand over to the head of institution. The head of intuition will send the list to the agency zakat committee for further necessary action.
Health care: Receive the istiqaqe form from the zakat and ushr office sign from local zakat chairman and then from Chairman District Zakat committee or District zakat officer and then provide the form to the concern hospital.
